Lowery Hills is located in Polk County in the City of Lake Alfred. There will be an East Neighborhood and West Neighborhood, and each will have their own entrances off of Lake Lowery Road. Lowery Hills’ layout will maximize the premiums of preserved wetland areas and woodlands. It is planned for 736 total lots at 40′ and 50′ wide. Amenities include a pool, cabana, tot lot, pocket parks and sidewalks encircling the lakes. First neighborhood on the west side of Lowery Road include Maronda Homes and Ryan Homes as our selected builders. Additional parcels are available for development. First homes will be available in late 2026.
