100 Oaks is located in Sumter County, Florida and is within the city limits of Wildwood, west of US-301 and east of the CSX rail line. 100 Oaks’ northeast corner touches the southwest corner of The Villages, the largest active adult master-planned community in the United States. It has convenient access to the Florida Turnpike, providing access to I-75 in under five minutes. 100 Oaks’ layout will maximize the impact of the lakes and preservation of existing hardwood.
