Summerwoods is comprised of 988 single-family home lots. Brookfield Kolter has sold this project to Ryan Homes, Starlight, Meritage Homes and M/I Homes. Located just off I-75 and 30 minutes to Tampa, St. Petersburg and Sarasota, the project is sold out.

Lucaya Lake Club is a community of 744 single-family homes and 130 townhome lots. Ryan Homes completed the homes featuring a boatable 40-acre ski lake with a private boat ramp. It is located 20 miles south of downtown Tampa, 50 miles to the Tampa Bay beaches and less than one mile from Route 301 and close to I-75 and I-4.

Solterra Resort is a resort community of 939 single-family and 100 townhome lots, as well as a short-term rental community. Pulte Homes, D.R. Horton, Park Square, Maronda Homes, and Lennar completed the homes. Located 45 minutes outside of Orlando, 30 miles to Orlando International Airport and 20 minutes to Walt Disney World Resort, the project is sold out.

Artistry Sarasota, just 20 miles outside Downtown Sarasota, consists of 500 single-family and 100 townhome lots. The single-family homes are being built and sold by Kolter Homes and Cardel Homes. Highland Homes completed construction of the workforce townhomes.
