Brookfield Kolter developed 435 single-family home lots for Stanley Martin Homes and Eastwood Homes, for an active 55+ adult community. M/I homes is built out in their single-family neighborhood. Heritage is located 20 miles south of Charlotte, 30 miles to Charlotte Douglas International Airport and close access to Interstate 485.

Brookfield Kolter Land sold lots to Stanley Martin Homes, Taylor Morrison and M/I Homes in this completed community. Convington is located just across the state line from Ballantyne, North Carolina.

Twin Lakes is approved for 2,600 mixed use lots and is developed with 1,300 lots. Builders include D.R. Horton, Eastwood Homes, Ryan Homes and Fischer Homes. Kolter Homes is building 1,300 homes that will be a Cresswind 55+ community. Twin Lakes is located 30 minutes north of Atlanta in Hoschton and is minutes away from Interstate 85.

Timberbrook is located just south of Atlanta off Interstate 85. It features 75 lots which Brookfield Kolter sold to Jeff Lindsey Communities, and active adult community lots were sold to Lennar. The project is sold out.

Terra Largo is a completed 525 single-family home community. D.R. Horton and M/I Homes purchased lots from KL. Located near Interstate 4, it is just 30 miles to Tampa and 50 miles to Orlando.

A master-planned community with 1,600 single-family home lots, Brookfield Kolter sold 600 of these lots to D.R. Horton for 55+ community, with the remainder sold to various builders including Pulte Homes, Ryan Homes, Ashton Woods and David Weekley. A commercial retail parcel was sold for a neighborhood shopping center. Located 22 miles west of Orlando and 30 minutes to Walt Disney World Resort, this project is now complete.

Brookfield Kolter completed this project that consists of 718 single-family home lots to D.R. Horton, Maronda Homes and Inland Homes. It is located close to Siesta Key and 25 miles south of St. Petersburg and the beaches of Tampa Bay with Interstate I-75 just minutes away.

Trevesta, a master-planned community, is complete with 805 single-family homes, 400 multi-family unit apartments and an adjacent 100,000-square-foot shopping center. Brookfield Kolter sold this site to D.R. Horton, Pulte Homes, David Weekley, M/I Homes and Inland Homes. The community is east of I-75, 18 miles to Sarasota, 22 miles to St. Petersburg and 35 miles to downtown Tampa. The project is sold out.

Summerwoods is comprised of 988 single-family home lots. Brookfield Kolter has sold this project to Ryan Homes, Starlight, Meritage Homes and M/I Homes. Located just off I-75 and 30 minutes to Tampa, St. Petersburg and Sarasota, the project is sold out.

Lucaya Lake Club is a community of 744 single-family homes and 130 townhome lots. Ryan Homes completed the homes featuring a boatable 40-acre ski lake with a private boat ramp. It is located 20 miles south of downtown Tampa, 50 miles to the Tampa Bay beaches and less than one mile from Route 301 and close to I-75 and I-4.
