The Crossings

Flowers Plantation is located in the northern part of Johnston County. The Crossings is 105 townhomes, and Copper Ridge is 330 single-family lots, all being built by True Homes. The site offers above access to all areas of the Research Triangle Park. Mudcats Baseball and the White Oak shopping area are within a 15-minute commute. A new community shopping plaza next to the project includes grocery, retail and restaurants and opened in early 2021.

Beaumont is a mixed-use master planned community located in Wildwood. The residential portion of the community is comprised of 271 single-family detached homes, 134 townhomes by D.R. Horton (sold out) and 336 completed apartment units. The community also includes a selected service hotel, self-storage facility, and a selection of neighborhood retailed uses such as car wash, fast-casual dining options, gas station and tire store. Beaumont is adjacent to The Villages and approximately 5 minutes from I-75 and the Florida Turnpike.

Isles at Bayview is part of the larger BayView master planned community. The Isles consists of approximately 180 acres of land that was developed into 396 single-family homesites and sold to Centex, David Weekley Homes, Maronda Homes and Inland Homes. Bayview also includes a 1,200-unit Del Webb community. The project is located within the rapidly growing Parrish submarket which has quickly established itself as an alternative to Lakewood Ranch, St. Petersburg and south Hillsborough County.

West Port is a 642-acre active mixed-use development, including both existing neighborhoods and adjacent expansion parcels. The community is located in the heart of Charlotte County directly across from the Charlotte County Recreation Center and Charlotte County Sports Park, spring training home of the Tampa Bay Rays.
West Port is a unique master-planned community. Various homebuilders have developed and include Christopher Alan, Ryan Homes, Taylor Morrison, D.R. Horton and M/I Homes. Commercial land outparcels, including retail, hotel, medical and dining are available for purchase in the exciting new destination community in Southwest Florida.

The West Port expansion is a 194-acre mixed use development located on the east side and as an expansion of the highly successful West Port development.

West Port expansion has a single-family community currently being developed by D.R. Horton that will include 436 homes. Plans also include a townhome community that is being developed by Meritage Homes for 206 units.

Future plans also include 315 apartments and a 4-acre medical facility. In addition, there is a 14-acre commercial site being developed by Sembler for a Publix Shopping Center at the intersection of Hwy 776 and the future Flamingo Road.

Kolter Land sold finished homesites within Worthington to Cardel and MI Homes. Worthington is a private gated neighborhood that consists of 156 private gated homesites. Worthington is located in East Sarasota County, east of Interstate 75 off Palmer Blvd and just west of Laurel Road and Artistry, Sarasota.

Judd Creek is 116 acres located in Cape Coral and surrounds a beautiful preserve with a natural creek flowing into the Caloosahatchee River. The project consists of apartments by Continental and Kittle Properties and 160 townhomes by Lennar. Additional sold parcels included 4 acres of commercial property along Pine Island Road and 21.84 acres that was sold to the conservation 20/20 program that protects natural wetlands and preserves. The project is completed.

Brookfield Kolter Land sold 400+/-lots to D.R. Horton, Maronda Homes and Ryan Homes in this completed community. It is located in the heart of Port St. Lucie, close to I-95 and Florida’s Turnpike.

Consisting of 244 single-family home lots, Brookfield Kolter sold lots to Beazer Homes, Future Homes, Grayline Homes, Hayes Barton Homes and Legacy Homes. Located 23 miles south of Durham and 30 minutes to Raleigh, the project is sold out.

Ryan Homes purchased single-family home and townhome lots from Brookfield Kolter in this recently completed project consisting of single-family lots and townhome lots. It is located 5 miles north of downtown Durham and 30 minutes to Chapel Hill.

Ashton Woods purchased 129 single-family/home lots from Brookfield Kolter in Lochridge. It is located in the suburbs of Raleigh, North Carolina, just 20 miles southwest of downtown.
