Twisted Oaks

Twisted Oaks is a mixed-use master planned community located in the City of Wildwood in Sumter County. The community will feature 735 single-family detached homes, 248 attached townhomes being built by D.R. Horton, over 300 apartment units and a mixture of retail, light industrial and other commercial uses. The community will also include Highfield at Twisted Oaks, in which lots are being sold to Pulte Homes and Park Square Homes. Builders are currently selling with retail and apartment parcels available. Amenity construction began in April 2025. Amenities include a pool, clubhouse, play structures and a dog park.

Waterside, a 650-acre parcel located in Martin County, is a mixed-use development consisting of approximately 275 acres of light industrial development known as the South Florida Gateway Industrial PUD with plans for potential residential on 275 acres to be known as Waterside Residential. The South Florida Gateway Industrial PUD is approved for over 2.4 million square feet and includes a 10-acre retail/office parcel. Foundry Commercial broke ground in 2022, with builders ready for occupancy. An additional 400 acres is in planning and entitlement for 1,000+ residential units.

Brookfield Kolter is developing approximately 711 single-family and townhomes in Palm Coast. Builders in this community include Richmond American, Maronda Homes, Pulte Homes, Century Communities and Ryan Homes. It is in a convenient location, 1 hour from Jacksonville, 30 minutes to Daytona Beach, close to shopping, healthcare, schools and entertainment and only 6 miles from the beach. Seminole Palms will have an amenity center situated on 4 acres overlooking a lake and feature a 6,000-square-foot clubhouse, resort-style pool, playground and dog park. Builders are actively selling homes in the community.

Silver Oaks, located in St. Lucie County, is a development of 316 lots situated around 36 acres of natural wetlands. The community will offer large 75′ wide single-family lots and two additional phases of townhome lots in an infill located east of US-1 in Port St. Lucie. Single-family lots are being sold to Ryan Homes. Townhome lots are being built out by Dream Finder Homes and Home Dynamics. Community amenities include two cabanas with resort-style pools. The project is under development with home sales starting summer 2025.

Savannah Lakes is an infill development on one of the area’s last remaining large parcels of undeveloped land east of US-1. The community will offer 612 lots comprised of townhomes and paired villas planned around 40 acres of natural wetlands. The community amenities include a cabana with resort-style pool, playground and elevated boardwalk with a gazebo taking residents from the clubhouse area straight to the directly adjoining Savannah’s State Park. The builder Ryan Homes is currently under construction. The first homes are expected to be available Fall 2025.

Nexus Tennessee is a Master Plan Development consisting of Commercial, Residential and Industrial uses. The overall community contains 240 single-family, 254 townhomes, 106 active adult villa lots, 726 active adult single family lots, 5 estate lots, 89 acres of Planned Business Park and 124 acres of mixed-use acreage. Home builders include David Weekley Homes, Ryan Homes (sold out) and D.R. Horton. The Planned Business Park is currently targeting users that want to make Gallatin their business location. The Mixed-Use properties are currently targeting commercial and multifamily prospects. Nexus is located 45 minutes from downtown Nashville and 35 minutes from Nashville Airport.

Hidden Creek is a former golf course, located on approximately 145 acres in northeast Pasco County. The property was rezoned and redeveloped to include 347 single-family detached lots at 40′ and 50′-wide. The lots were developed by Brookfield Kolter and sold to Starlight Homes in two bulk takedowns. The project is completed.

Located in York County SC, southwest of Charlotte, NC, on beautiful Lake Wylie is a master planned community featuring 650 homes at build out. Current neighborhoods include single-family homes by True Homes in the Manors, Kolter Homes in the 55+ Gentry and single-family homes including water access homesites in the Gables. The community features a Marina, Clubhouse with fitness and pool, along with numerous community outdoor trails.

Palm Cay, located in Florida City, is an infill development of 359 townhome-style villa lots being sold to D.R. Horton. The community includes an amenity package designed for fitness and wellness, including a cabana with resort-style pool and a vita-course and jogging path around the lake. The project is currently being sold and constructed by D.R. Horton.

Central Park is a Master-Planned Community of 1,500 units with a mix of uses including single-family, multifamily townhomes, villas, casitas, apartments and a commercial retail component. Central Park features top builders and developers including Taylor Morrison, D.R. Horton, Stellar Communities, Maronda Homes, Ryan Homes and 13th Floor. The community features a 10-acre community amenity with a combination resort-lap lane pool, splash pad, sports courts, a dog park and playground for all residents. Build out is expected in 2025.
