Winding Oaks

Winding Oaks is located in Ocala, east of State Road 200 and north of SW 80th Street. The 960-acre property is located near the heart of west Ocala, providing ample shopping, dining and entertainment opportunities. It has convenient access to I-75, providing access to Florida’s Turnpike in under ten minutes. Winding Oaks is planned for 2,028 single-family homes, 240 townhomes and 888 multifamily units being built by D.R. Horton along with 270 acres of retail and commercial uses along SR 200.

Savannah Lakes is an infill development on one of the area’s last remaining large parcels of undeveloped land east of US-1. The community will offer 612 lots comprised of townhomes and paired villas planned around 40 acres of natural wetlands. The community amenities include a cabana with resort-style pool, playground and elevated boardwalk with a gazebo taking residents from the clubhouse area straight to the directly adjoining Savannah’s State Park. The builder Ryan Homes is currently under construction. The first homes are expected to be available Fall 2025.

Osprey Creek is located 40 miles south of Orlando in the growing area of Poinciana Village, which straddles Osceola and Polk counties. The project has convenient access to Poinciana Parkway, a four-lane highway that opened in the fall of 2024 providing faster, more direct routes to various parts of Central Florida. The community consists of 406 acres for development with a total of 948 single family homes.

Waypointe is a large-scale residential development in Daytona Beach, located east of Tomoka Farms Road and southwest of the I-4/I-95 interchange. This 415-acre community is set to deliver 1,600 single-family homes, built by D.R. Horton, Pulte Homes, Perry Homes and Hartizen Homes as part of a vibrant, $400 million mixed-use development. The project will include resort-style pools, walking trails, parks and green spaces, along with commercial spaces for retail and dining. Upon completion, the development is expected to generate over $7 million in annual tax revenue and provide homes for nearly 4,000 residents.

The site is located in Charlotte County, approximately one mile west of I-75 and one mile east of US Hwy 41. Seagrass/Seacove has convenient access to grocery stores, healthcare, the airport, dining and the beach. The project consists of 368 units of single-family homes and twin villas built by D.R. Horton. The amenities will be shared by all residents throughout the communities. Seagrass’ amenities will consist of a clubhouse and pool with cabanas. The amenity at Seacove will be an open park concept plan. D.R. Horton is currently selling homes in the community.

Reflection Bay is located in West Palm Beach, just a few miles west of downtown and Palm Beach Island. Reflection Bay’s prime location is in one of the most desirable housing markets, designed for 621 units with a mix of 18′ wide townhome units by D.R. Horton. The project will include a clubhouse, pool and playground amenities, which will be shared by all residents of Reflection Bay, alongside two lakes in the center of the community. The project is under development with first home delivery in mid-2026.

100 Oaks is located in Sumter County, Florida and is within the city limits of Wildwood, west of US-301 and east of the CSX rail line. 100 Oaks’ northeast corner touches the southwest corner of The Villages, the largest active adult master-planned community in the United States. It has convenient access to the Florida Turnpike, providing access to I-75 in under five minutes. 100 Oaks’ layout will maximize the impact of the lakes and preservation of existing hardwood. A total of 460 lots consisting of single-family homes and apartments are planned for the community as well as commercial areas.

Malabar Springs is located in Brevard County in west Palm Bay along the western end of Malabar Road. Malabar Springs’ suburban location, proximity to a high school and easy commute to and from I-95 make Malabar Springs attractive to first time buyers, move-up buyers and renters. The property is planned for a total of 885 lots with a mix of townhomes, villas and single-family units. The amenities will be shared by all residents and will feature a clubhouse, pool, playground and pedestrian trail around the wetlands. Builders include Ryan Homes, Meritage Homes and Maronda Homes.

Lowery Hills is located in Polk County and is bordered by Old Haines City. There will be an East Neighborhood and West Neighborhood, and each will have their own entrances off of Lake Lowery Road. Lowery Hills’ layout will maximize the premiums of preserved wetland areas and woodlands. It is planned for 736 total lots at 40′ and 50′ wide. Amenities include a pool, cabana, tot lot, pocket parks and sidewalks encircling the lakes. Builders include Brightland Homes, Maronda Homes and Ryan Homes.

Hammock Oaks is located in Lady Lake, Florida south of CR 466 between Cherry Lake Road and Rolling Acres Road. It is planned for 735 active-adult single-family lots by Kolter Homes, and Ryan Homes is building 190 single-family lots and 216 townhomes. The Reserve at Hammock Oaks will also include homes built by Meritage, Maronda and Dream Finders. The Highlands section will include homes by Perry Homes and Ryan Homes. The layout also incorporates a multifamily parcel for 330 apartments by Rose. The community will feature extensive Amenity Center facilities.
