Kolter Land Partners sold this site to D.R. Horton, Pulte, David Weekley, M/I Homes, and Inland Homes. The community is east of I-75, 18 miles to Sarasota, 22 miles to St Petersburg and 35 miles to Downtown Tampa.

Summerwoods is currently under construction which is comprised of 988 single-family home lots. Kolter Land has sold this project to NVR, Starlight, Meritage and M/I Homes. Located just off I-75 and 30 minutes to Tampa, St. Petersburg and Sarasota.

Artistry Sarasota, just 20 miles outside Downtown Sarasota, consists of 500 single-family and 100 townhome lots. The single-family homes are being built and sold by Kolter Homes and Cardel Homes – Highland Homes completed construction of the workforce townhomes.
