Joshua serves as Sr. Land Development Manager for the Nashville, TN MSA. He manages all aspects of the Nashville projects from entitlements, permitting, and construction through completion and turnover.

Joshua has over 20 years of residential entitlement and development experience, having worked with Meritage Homes and Southeastern Building Corporation.
