Patrick Bell

As Vice President of Land Acquisitions for the Carolinas, Patrick executes the acquisition strategy for Kolter including land purchases, manages relationships with builders, contractors, strategic partners, and determines the viability of each property.

Patrick holds a BA in Aviation Management from Florida Institute of Technology and a Commercial Real Estate Designation from the CCIM Institute. Patrick has a real estate broker license in the Carolinas and served on the Charleston County Planning Commission and the NC Commission on State Surplus Real Property.

As a financial analyst for Kolter, Matt is responsible for project budgeting and forecasting updates for current land projects as well as assists in other matters.

Matt joined Kolter in 2020 and is part of the financial team.

Matt holds a bachelor’s in Finance from the University of South Florida.

As Director of Finance, Jared oversees financial planning and analysis, proformas and budgeting for new acquisitions and existing assets for Kolter Land Partners.

Jared joined Kolter as a financial analyst in 2018 and is now managing the financial team ensuring the needs of Kolter Land are met.

He has a bachelor’s in Finance from the University of South Florida. He also holds master’s degree in biomedical sciences from Florida Atlantic University.

As the Sr. Land Development Manager for Southeast Florida, Tim is responsible for due diligence, contracts and development permitting and entitlements as well as development construction and turnover. Tim joined Kolter in March of 2021.

Tim has been a part of the development industry for over 30 years, starting his career in the civil engineering field and progressing to site development and land acquisition with both a regional builder as well as a national builder.

Tim attended Widener University majoring in Civil Engineering.

Joshua joined Kolter Land Partners LLC in May of 2021, and serves as Sr. Land Development Manager for the Nashville, TN MSA. He manages all aspects of the Nashville projects from entitlements, permitting, and construction through completion and turnover.

Joshua has over 20 years of residential entitlement and development experience, having worked with Meritage Homes and Southeastern Building Corporation.

As Vice President of Acquisitions, Jim executes the acquisition strategy for Kolter including land purchase opportunities, managing relationships with Kolter’s builder clients and other strategic partners in the South West Florida markets. Jim is responsible for all aspects involved in the land acquisition process from initial site selection, market analysis, underwriting, design, entitlements, and final acquisition land closing.

Jim studied Pre-Law and Business Management at Temple University and brings over 30 years of industry experience and an extensive network to the team.

Jim maintains his sales associate license and is active in all of his markets BIA’s.

As Vice President of Kolter Land, Brad leads Kolter’s land acquisition strategies in the state of Georgia. He has over 30 years of experience in land acquisitions, disposition, development, and residential and commercial construction.

During his career has been active in the Urban Land Institute, National Association of Home Builders and the Congress For The New Urbanism.

Brad earned his BA degree from Hampden-Sydney College with a double major in Economics and French. He holds real estate licenses in Georgia, Florida and North Carolina.

Adam Painter is the Land Development Manager for Southwest Florida. As a Development Manager, he is responsible for managing professional consultants and contractors to deliver lots and amenities on time and within budget.

Adam has 5 years of experience in Land Development primarily in the Tampa/Sarasota Markets and two years as a Land Acquisition Analyst in the Charlotte Market, all within the Homebuilding industry. Adam also brings experience in public sector planning and economic development as well commercial real estate.

Adam graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Urban and Regional Planning in 2011.

Eric is Vice President of Acquisitions for Central and Northeast Florida. He is responsible for land acquisitions and builder relations.

With over 20 years’ experience in acquisitions for various builders in the east coast of the US , Eric uses his experience and multitude of relationships to procure properties that are aligned with Kolter’s land acquisition strategy. Eric’s planning background facilitates the application of appropriate land uses and the complexities of the entitlement process to potential land opportunities.

Eric holds a B.S. in Environmental Sciences from Radford University, with double minors in Geology and Political Science. Eric is a certified Planner (AICP) and is an active member of both the American Planners Association and the Florida Chapter of the American Planners Association.

As Vice President of Kolter Land, Michael leads Kolter’s Land Acquisition and Development activities in SE Florida. With over 16 years of experience in the highly competitive Miami, Broward, Palm Beach, & Treasure Coast land markets, Michael has years of experience leading acquisitions and development with D.R. Horton, K. Hovnanian, ELAD National, and Penn-Florida Companies. He focuses on strategic relationships in government and with national and local builders.

Michael holds a BA in Political Science from the University of North Florida, MBA from Nova Southeastern University, and a Florida Real Estate License. He served SE Florida’s homebuilding industry as President of Gold Coast Builders Association (GCBA), having won 2017 Builder of the Year, and currently serves as Life Director.
