Jared Lybbert

As Director of Finance, Jared oversees financial planning and analysis, pro formas and budgeting for new acquisitions and existing assets for Kolter Land.

He has a bachelor’s in finance from the University of South Florida. He also holds a master’s degree in biomedical sciences from Florida Atlantic University.

Thomas joined Brookfield Kolter in January 2024 as a Financial Analyst. In his role, he develops and maintains complex financial models, supports budgeting and forecasting efforts and conducts actual-to-budget analyses. He plays a key role in both asset management and acquisition activities, contributing to due diligence, investment strategy and internal reporting.

Thomas holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from the University of Central Florida.

As a Financial Analyst for Brookfield Kolter Land Partners, Ryan supports acquisition and development efforts through complex financial modeling, budgets and forecasting and project underwriting. He oversees more than 20 active projects, working closely with the acquisitions and development teams to evaluate land opportunities and support strategic decision-making related to future cash flows and returns.

Ryan is a graduate of Auburn University’s Harbert College of Business, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance. Originally from the Philadelphia area, he previously interned at a commercial real estate brokerage firm, where he gained valuable experience and discovered his passion for the real estate industry.

Andrew Hill has served as a Financial Analyst at Brookfield Kolter since July 2023. His responsibilities span financial modeling, budgeting and variance analysis, providing critical insights that support both ongoing operations and strategic initiatives.

A significant portion of Andrew’s work centers on underwriting new investment opportunities, where he plays a key role in evaluating potential acquisitions. He is also actively involved in due diligence, internal reporting and supporting a diverse range of development projects.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with a minor in Economics from the University of South Florida. “Go Bulls!”

John is the Director of Finance, overseeing financial planning and analysis, budgeting and pro forma modeling for new acquisitions and existing assets. He also manages the firm’s investment memo process, capital partner and pipeline reporting, and is actively involved in capital partnership initiatives.

Since joining Kolter in 2018, John has held finance roles across multiple divisions, including Kolter Homes and the Capital Markets team, where he focused on financing acquisition and development for residential projects spanning land development, single-family homebuilding, high-rise condominiums and multifamily communities. Prior to joining Kolter, he worked in project finance for a national hospitality firm.

John holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Central Florida.

Bill is responsible for managing all aspects of Homeowner’s Associations and Community Development Districts for Brookfield Kolter’s communities throughout the Southeast US. Bill oversees associations from inception through turnover, including the initial setup of documents and budgets, serving as board president and addressing homeowner concerns, all the way to turnover to homeowner control of the associations.

Bill has over 15 years of experience with developers and homeowner’s associations. He has operated divisions of HOA management companies and worked directly with developers.

Bill graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History.

As Marketing Coordinator, Jewell Tomazin manages marketing programs and budgets for Kolter Land projects. She oversees community signage, online campaigns, report distribution and events. Jewell also assists in marketing strategy for the Deering Park project in Central Florida.

Jewell holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Media Production from Flagler College.

Sean leads and manages all aspects of the development of Deering Park, a new 10,000-acre project in Volusia and Brevard Counties that will create 15,000 homes and over 5M SF of non-residential property.

Sean has over 20 years of experience in home building, acquisition, and development. He spent his first 10 years in home building in Southeast Florida. Before Deering Park, he was focused on land acquisition, development, and disposition in Metro Atlanta since 2009. Sean earned his BS in Marketing from FAU.

As the Amenities Development Manager for Brookfield Kolter, Bill is responsible for directing the design, permitting and construction through final completion of all amenity projects throughout Florida.

Bill is a state-licensed general contractor with over 20 years’ experience in residential & commercial construction management. Prior to joining Brookfield Kolter, Bill successfully managed and completed several large-scale lagoon amenities in West Central Florida.

Brian serves as Land Development Manager for the Nashville, TN MSA. Brian manages projects from planning, budgeting, permitting, and construction of infrastructure, amenities, landscapes and hardscapes, through completion and turnover.

Brian has led a 5-year career in the residential development industry, involved with communities from Central Tennessee to Southern Kentucky. Brian has over 15 years of management experience both domestically and internationally. He also brings specializations in supply chain, rock mechanics, fluid dynamics and project management with extensive experience working with municipalities and engineers.
